CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that scheduling conflicts happen and we strive to accommodate all our clients. To ensure we can continue providing exceptional service to all of our clients we ask that cancellations or changes to your scheduled appointment must be made with at least 48 hours notice before the scheduled start time. If you cancel with less than 48 hours of your appointment or fail to show up for your appointment, you will not be refunded your deposit. The deposit will not be transferrable to a rescheduled time. If your scheduled appointment was a treatment in a series, the same 48-Hour Cancellation Policy applies. If you fail to show, then that treatment number of the series will be deducted from your package and no credit will be applied to your account. If you reschedule your treatment in a series within 48 hours the treatment number will transfer to the next appointment. Your account must be fully settled before any future appointments can be scheduled. Your best option is to cancel via the email or text notifications you receive a few days before your appointment.
